According to Google Trends, The Flash Season 8 has been the Most Popular TV Show Globally from DC this year, surpassing the likes of Peacemaker and Titans in Google Search Impressions.

The Flash has been The CW’s flagship series ever since its premiere in 2014 and has been the network’s most popular show of all time.
While the series’ popularity has drastically dwindled with the decline in the quality of writing over the years, it’s genuinely impressive that even in its eighth and penultimate season, the show is still more popular than its other DC contemporaries, such as Peacemaker, which was created by James Gunn and even had the starpower of John Cena.
The upcoming The Flash Season 9 will be the final outing of the beloved DC series, and it will also bring an end to the decade-long running shared universe from The CW, Arrowverse (Earth-Prime).

Titans is the Second Most Popular DC TV Show of 2022. The HBO Max series has made a comeback from its utterly disastrous Season 3 finale and finished airing the first half of its fourth season earlier this month.
While the show has seen a considerable drop in viewership and popularity from its previous seasons, DC’s Titans still remains a valuable IP for HBO Max and has been among HBO Max’s Most Popular TV Shows during the last couple of months. Season 4 so far has been met with generally positive and decent reviews.
The series is expected to return after Harley Quinn’s Valentine Special on HBO Max.
Meanwhile, another The CW series, Superman and Lois, has been DC’s Third Most Popular TV Show of the year.
Superman and Lois wrapped up its stellar Second Season earlier this year and has been one of the best comic book series in recent years. The show has subverted the typical mould of 20+ episode-long shows from the network and has delivered some quality storytelling and some excellent VFX and production value. The show thrives off the chemistry between its cast and features some great family drama and character writing.
Superman and Lois certainly is the Best TV Show The CW has released in years. It will return with its Season 3 in March next year.

James Gunn’s Peacemaker is next on the list. While the John Cena starring drama was gruesome and utterly graphic, and it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, the series was met with raving reviews.
Peacemaker was hailed as one of the year’s best shows as James Gunn put together a perfect blend of vulgarity, action, and heart with some sheer diabolical insanity. The show became immensely popular and has probably been the year’s Most Beloved DC Property alongside Robert Pattinson’s The Batman.
The series boasted some imposing viewership figures for HBO Max and has already been renewed for a Second Season.

Meanwhile, the animated Harley Quinn series starring Kaley Cuoco as the titular character and Lake Bell as Poison Ivy has left behind shows like Doom Patrol and Stargirl to take the final spot on the list. The animated series has been one of DC and HBO Max’s most beloved and critically acclaimed series ever since the show’s premiere and has been quality television season after season.
A holiday special titled “Harley Quinn: A Very Problematic Valentine’s Day Special” is set to be released in February 2023.
