Google Trends’ report of anime-related queries among 51 countries during the fall anime season confirms that Chainsaw Man is the Most Popular Anime in the World. Not only that, but out of the 51 countries from the data, Chainsaw Man is the Most-Searched Anime in 49 of those countries.

 It should be noted that this list is based only on the popularity of the seasonal anime that are ongoing right now. Overall, One Piece still comfortably sits on top as the Biggest Anime in the World in Google.

The hype surrounding Chainsaw Man was unlike anything ever before.

The hype surrounding Chainsaw Man had been insane all year, and the anticipation for the anime’s release was unlike anything we have ever seen in the medium. And while it may not have maintained the popularity and hype it garnered during its premiere, it has been the Most Popular Anime from the Fall Season Globally on Google since the day it premiered.

The Second Most Popular Anime in the World based on Google queries for the Fall 2022 Anime Season is My Hero Academia. The series beat Chainsaw Man in France and South Africa and has been the Most Searched Anime in both these countries.

My Hero Academia is currently airing its stellar sixth season right now, and after a very disappointing Season 5, it has finally managed to win the fans back, with the anime doing a splendid job at adapting the best and most pivotal arc in the story yet. 

New episodes air every Saturday on Crunchyroll in North America and on Netflix in South Asia.

SPY x FAMILY is the Third Most Popular Anime of Fall 2022 around the world. Both the anime and the manga are breaking all sorts of records in Japan, and it has been another massive hit for Shueisha. 

The show’s family-friendly appeal and the lighthearted comedy-filled story have managed to captivate the hearts of many. Blue Lock is a sports anime that is shonen and anime in just every sense. If you think Kuroko’s Basketball is detached from reality, this one is miles off of it.
