Jujutsu Kaisen remains the most-watched anime in Japan on SVOD as GEM Partners unveils their list for the Top 20 most-watched TV series for May.
Jujutsu Kaisen continues its dominance over both the manga and anime industry in Japan as it remains the most-watched anime (also the most popular TV series) across all the streaming platforms in Japan.
GEM Partners has recently revealed their list for the Top 20 most-watched TV series in Japan on SVOD for May and Jujutsu Kaisen has been crowned No. 1 for the fourth month in a row. Meanwhile, Detective Conan has also retained its second position with Demon Slayer moving up a rank to dethrone Attack on Titan from the Top 3.
The biggest jump among the Top 5 comes from Tokyo Revengers which ranked 4th after being in the 36th position last month. Although, it is not really a surprise as the anime has reached an insane level of popularity in Japan and the manga series has already sold 5.4 million copies in just the first five months of the year.

Kingdom has also re-entered the charts following its latest season. And some of the biggest anime of the season such as Super Cub ranked 11th with To Your Eternity taking the 15th spot.
Impressively, all the 10 TV series on the list are anime this time around.
