Netflix’s Sex Education Season 2 scores a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Netflix’s Sex Education which was TVTime’s most-anticipated TV Show of 2020 and stars Ender’s Game lead Asa Butterfield and The X-Files’ Gillian Anderson is currently certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes with a perfect Rotten Tomatoes score of 100%.
The sophomore outing of this Netflix sensation currently has 20 fresh reviews and not a single rotten one.
Jude Dry from indieWire gave it an A- for “imagining a more colorful, more livable, and more loving world.” Ed Cumming from Independent gave it a 4/5 and praised it for its stellar ensemble anchored by Butterfield and Anderson.
Lucy Mangan from Guardian gave it a 5/5 and admired the wonderful performance by everyone in the cast and praised the script for “playing the sex for laughs and the search for intimacy as something serious, good and noble.”
The second season of this superhit Netflix series follows Otis (Asa Butterfield) as he must master his newly discovered sexual urges in order to progress with his girlfriend Ola whilst also dealing with his now strained relationship with Maeve (his love interest from the freshman season). Meanwhile, Moordale Secondary is in the throes of a Chlamydia outbreak, highlighting the need for better sex education at the school and new kids come to town who will challenge the status quo.

The series’s first outing which was also certified fresh at a score of 91% was also the eighth most-streamed Netflix Original of 2019.
